1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FlowFund ("the Service") at flowfund.finance, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

FlowFund is a personal finance management platform providing budgeting, goal tracking, debt management, tax estimation, revenue tracking, financial education, and AI-powered financial tools. The Service is available via web browser at flowfund.finance.

3. Not Financial Advice

FlowFund provides financial tools, calculators, and AI-generated insights for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on the platform constitutes financial, legal, tax, investment, or accounting advice. The AI Financial Advisor generates insights based on data you provide — it is an educational tool, not a licensed financial advisor. You should consult a qualified professional before making any financial decisions.

4. Free and Paid Plans

Free plan: 50 transactions per month, 2 active goals, full access to Tax Radar, all 12 calculators, Academy, Reels, and net worth tracker. Free forever with no time limit.

Pro plan ($19/month or $182/year): Unlimited transactions, unlimited goals, AI Financial Advisor, AI debt optimizer, advanced revenue analytics, unlimited household members, data export, and priority support.

Prices are in USD. Billing is monthly or annually as selected. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

5. Account Responsibilities

You must provide a valid email address to create an account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service (16 in the EU under GDPR)
One account per person — account sharing is not permitted
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or data
Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
Scrape, crawl, or data-mine the Service without written permission
Impersonate any person or entity
Use the Service for money laundering or other financial crimes

7. Intellectual Property

Your data: All financial data you enter into FlowFund belongs to you. We claim no ownership over your transaction data, goals, or financial information. You can export or delete your data at any time.

Our platform: The FlowFund software, design, branding, and non-user-generated content are our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the platform or its code without written permission.

8. Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time from Settings → Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

After cancellation, your account reverts to the Free plan and your data remains accessible. To fully delete your account and all associated data, use Settings → Data & Privacy → Delete Account.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

FlowFund is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data or financial decisions made based on information provided by the Service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany and the European Union. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Germany. For EU consumer rights, applicable EU consumer protection law applies.

11. Changes to Terms

We will notify registered users by email of material changes to these Terms at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
